NANAIMO — Lefty and Mertie are a bonded pair of either-month-old female rats, and they can’t wait to find the perfect home for them.

These two social critters like to hang out with each other or whoever enters their space, especially if they have treats with them.

They would do best in a rat-savvy home who knows exactly what these girls need to keep them happy and healthy.

The Nanaimo SPCA rules have changed during the COVID-19 pandemic. Before meeting your new forever friend you submit an application online and book an appointment if it’s a match.
