Homicide team deployed to Langley, B.C., after body found at scene of explosion
LANGLEY, B.C. — A body has been found by firefighters at the scene of an explosion in Langley, B.C., and the province’s Integrated Homicide Investigation Team is now investigating.
Mounties and firefighters responded to an explosion at a house in rural Langley on Sunday afternoon.
The homicide team says firefighters put out the blaze, and during the processing of the scene they found the body.
Investigators are asking witnesses who may have been on the 24300-block of 8 Avenue between noon and 2:30 p.m. on Sunday to contact police.
