Republican Eric Barlow won election Tuesday as governor of Wyoming, defeating Democrat Kenneth Casner. Barlow is a state senator and previous Wyoming House speaker who had won the Republican nomination despite President Donld Trump endorsing someone else. He will succeed Republican Gov. Mark Gordon, who is term-limited. Casner was making his third bid for governor. The Associated Press declared Barlow the winner at 9:00 p.m. EST.
