KELOWNA — RCMP say a 43-year-old man is facing a second-degree murder charge in a fatal stabbing that left another man dead in Kelowna, B.C., almost two years ago.
Police say they were called to a business in downtown Kelowna after receiving a report that a group of people were involved in an altercation on Oct. 9, 2022.
They say emergency workers found an injured man at the scene who died despite life-saving measures.
He was later identified as 32-year-old Devon Foster.
