Victim dies of injuries after ‘brazen’ shooting in Delta, B.C.: Police

DELTA, B.C. — Police say the victim of a “brazen” daylight shooting outside a shopping centre in Delta, B.C., has died. 

Delta Police say in a news release the shooting occurred in the parking lot of the Scottsdale Centre mall at 120th Street and 72nd Avenue on Saturday. 

They are not releasing the victim’s name or any other identifying information.

Police say they are aware of speculation regarding whether a vehicle involved in another incident in Metro Vancouver may be linked to the incident.

But they say they cannot comment on a possible link at this time.
