Meet Neo, a black cat to adopt just in time for Halloween

NANAIMO — The time’s never been better to adopt a black cat from the Nanaimo SPCA.

Neo is sweet gentleman who loves his treats as much as the kids treat-r-treating.

He’s also one of the most food-oriented cats taken in by the Nanaimo SPCA and he’ll always be by your side wondering if he can meow cute enough to get a treat.

Neo is available for a foster to adopt situation, since he’s still awaiting his neutering appointment.
