SD69 schools open, buses running Friday

PARKSVILLE — There’s a long weekend ahead, but students in the Qualicum District won’t get an extra day.
SD69 said schools are open and buses are running on Friday, Feb. 15.
The District said buses could possibly be delayed due to road conditions.
“There may also be slight route alterations for buses depending on conditions of side roads. Everyone is advised to take caution as some roads, sidewalks and school grounds may still be snow covered.”
