NANAIMO — Local Mounties are asking for the public’s help in locating two men wanted on a number of outstanding charges.

All the alleged offences took place in Nanaimo from early July through to September of this year.

He has revolved in and out of the court system for around 20 years, with court records showing criminal charges dating back to 2005.

A vast majority were either theft under $5,000 or uttering threats, resulting in approximately four months in jail and numerous probationary orders.

Also wanted on an outstanding arrest warrant is 57-year-old Dereck Marcel Paul.

Paul is alleged to have committed a break and enter offence on July 21, 2025, in Nanaimo.

He is described as 5’5″ tall, around 180 pounds, with long black and grey hair and brown eyes.
