POWELL RIVER – Three goals in a span of just over four and a half minutes in the second period did in the Clippers in their road game against the Kings.

It was scoreless until a breakaway goal by Brett Roloson broke the ice just over 14 minutes into the middle frame.

Other tallies by Jack Brackett and Jacob Badal would soon follow to put Powell River in control.

Nolan Krogfoss and another marker from Brackett extended the lead to 5-0 in the third period before Tyler Williams cashed in for his ninth goal of the season late in the game to make the final score 5-1 Kings.
