• Nanaimo’s benchmark sits at $822,200, on par with last month and last year.
• Campbell River’s benchmark price for single-family homes was $686,800, on par with the previous year.
• Comox Valley’s benchmark price is on par with last year’s price and sits at $859,600.
• Cowichan Valley reported a benchmark price of $788,700, on par with July 2025.
• The Parksville-Qualicum area is on par with last year at a benchmark price of $927,700
• Port Alberni’s benchmark sits at $531,300, which is on par with last year’s number.
• The North Island area is on par with last year at a benchmark price of $489,200.
