• Nanaimo’s benchmark sits at $815,000, on par with last month and last year.
• Campbell River’s benchmark price for single-family homes was $681,600, on par with the previous year.
• Comox Valley’s benchmark price is on par with last year’s price and sits at $870,700.
• Cowichan Valley reported a benchmark price of $789,800, on par with May 2025.
• The Parksville-Qualicum area is on par with last year at a benchmark price of $924,300
• Port Alberni’s benchmark sits at $507,700, which is on par with last year’s number.
• The North Island area is on par with last year at a benchmark price of $467,700.
