Warrant issued after man fails to appear in Nanaimo court

NANAIMO — Local mounties are looking for a man after he failed to appear for a scheduled court appearance recently.

An arrest warrant has been issued for 38-year-old David Pollen, who is before the courts on firearm charges.

Pollen is described as a Caucasian man, 5’9” tall, weighing 190 pounds with brown hair and hazel eyes.

The photo provided is recent.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Pollen is asked to contact the Nanaimo RCMP non-emergency line at 250-754-2345, file number 2025-15964.
