Wilm grabs 100m backstroke bronze, Canada’s third swimming medal at aquatics worlds

DOHA, Qatar — Ingrid Wilm picked up Canada’s third swimming medal at the world aquatics championships on Tuesday, earning bronze in the women’s 100-metre backstroke.
The Calgary native finished with a time of 59.18 seconds.
It was the 25-year-old’s first individual world championship medal.
Wilm had won bronze from each of the last two worlds in the 4×100 medley relay event.
