Clippers-Chiefs set to renew hostilities in BCHL conference semi-final series

NANAIMO — It’s been a long wait but the Nanaimo Clippers now know their next battle in the BC Hockey League playoffs

The Clippers will meet up with the Chilliwack Chiefs in a best of seven Coastal Conference semifinal match-up, starting on Friday night.

Nanaimo advanced to the second round after sweeping the Surrey Eagles in four games, while Chilliwack dispatched Coquitlam in a seven game first round series.

Chilliwack won the regular season versus Nanaimo 3-1.

Full schedule:

  • Game 1: Nanaimo at Chilliwack: Friday, April 15 at 7 p.m.
  • Game 2: Nanaimo at Chillwiack: Saturday, April 16 at 7 p.m.
  • Game 3 Chilliwack at Nanaimo: Monday, April 18 at 7 p.m.
  • Game 4: Chilliwack at Nanaimo: Tuesday, April 19 at 7 p.m.
  • Game 5 (if necessary) Nanaimo at Chilliwack: Thursday, April 21 at 7 p.m.
  • Game 6 (if necessary) Chilliwack at Nanaimo: Saturday, April 23 at 7 p.m.
  • Game 7 (if necessary) Nanaimo at Chilliwack: Monday, April 25 at 7 p.m.
