Clippers sail past Eagles in four straight games, win 6-2 in series finale
NANAIMO — The Clippers got up 2-0 in the first period and never looked back in a 6-2 triumph over Surrey.
Top line forwards Max Itagaki and Tristan Fraser led the way with three points apiece.
With the game sitting at 2-1 in the second period Nanaimo had three goals in a three minute span by Jeremie Payant, Sean Donaldson and Brody Waters to take full control.
The teams traded goals in the third period as the Clippers recorded their most decisive victory of the series.
