OTTAWA — Canada is contributing another $2 million to relief efforts in Haiti in the wake of Hurricane Matthew.
This brings Canada’s contributions to more than $6 million.
The government says the latest money will go to four non-governmental organizations.
The Canadian aid will help fill the need for medical care, drinking water and shelter and will help in rehabilitating agriculture and small businesses.
