Nanaimo byelection: how and where to vote

NANAIMO — For the third time in four months, Nanaimo is ready to go to the polls.

Voting for the 2017 byelection runs from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday, July 8 at voting stations across the City.

More than 1,300 ballots were cast over two days of advanced voting.

Preliminary results will be available on the City of Nanaimo website shortly after polls close at 8 p.m. NanaimoNewsNOW will have reaction to follow.

To vote, you must have been a B.C. resident for at least six months and have lived in Nanaimo for at least 30 days.
