“We’re hoping to get information on this vehicle, we’re hoping if anybody was there and didn’t speak to the police and left to please come forward.”

Anybody with potentially helpful dash cam video in the area between 6:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 24 is asked to contact Nanaimo RCMP at 250-754-2345.
