Significant mixed-use development coming to Lantzville’s village core
LANTZVILLE — Excitement levels were palpable around the District of Lantzville’s council table as a pending new addition to the village core was enthusiastically endorsed.
Representatives from Lantzville-based McNaught Contracting detailed their plans for 7181 Lantzville Rd. across from Caillet Rd., signifying a notable pending addition to the downtown area.
On Wednesday, Sept. 11 a development permit was unanimously approved for the three-storey development with 12 residential units on the top two floors and three ground-floor commercial spaces.
Mayor Mark Swain was highly complementary of the development dubbed Coastline Station to be built on the .65-acre site.
