Whatever you think of V-Day, in the spirit of the month of Love, I bring to you this three minute masterpiece of nature. I’ve never seen anything like it before.

This video made me ponder about the time, care and effort I put into things that I do from putting dinner on the table or preparing for an engagement.
Most of the time I think we are just so busy we do the best we can with what we have, but I know that there are times when I could do a little better with my presentations and offerings and even (or especially) presenting myself!
Our puffer fish friend may have been doing this to impress his honey but this month I’m going to take his cue and put a little extra TLC into my own works of ‘art’.
What if I wrapped up that gift extra fancy, what if I took time to plate the dinner like on a cruise ship, what if I did a little something extra for a meeting planner, what if I dressed up as nice for my honey as I do for a stranger?
Not all the time, but sometimes. This time.
Whatever you do to celebrate something or someone you love this month, remember it doesn’t have to be grandiose, spectacular or perfect. A small, caring act coming from a place of love can have just as great an effect.
What one thing will you do this week with a little intentional love and care?
