Obituary

Cliff passed away during a short stay in Hospice. He was Born in Windsor, Ontario to Adelle and Harold Banks before moving to Victoria. His working career spanned over 45 years with the BC Government in Vital Statistics and Dept. of Education. Cliff moved to Errington in 2013 and is survived and lovingly missed by his sister, Margo.
