Meet four adorable guinea pigs who make great first pets

NANAIMO — Families looking for starter pets for their children have found perfect pets in the four guinea pigs available for adoption at the Nanaimo SPCA.

They currently have two bonded pairs, Chip & Dale and George & Newman.

Chip and Dale are adventurous, boisterous and outgoing, while George and Newman are much more timid and will need more care and affection.
