Andre was always in love with nature. His favorite was watching hummingbirds on his deck. He also enjoyed seeing Moose, Bear’s and Foxes in the back yard. His favourite dog was the cocker spaniel. Andre had a passion for hunting and fishing. His favourite car was a Dodge Desoto and in his younger days he loved to ride his Honda Gold Wing motorcycle. He loved to watch sports, mostly hockey “Go Montreal”. Andre absolutely loved cabbage rolls, something he called goulash, perogies, liver and onions and stinky cheeses.
He was mischievous and had a unique sense of humour, just ask any of his friends or family. We all have many story’s we hold dear. In his final days he was well cared for on Vancouver Island and passed feeling at peace and very loved.
If you would like to honour Andre, please plant a tulip bulb. There will be a private celebration of his life in the spring of 2019 in Granisle BC. This was his final wish.
