UPDATE: Amber Alert for Vancouver girl cancelled
VANCOUVER — An Amber Alert has been deactivated in British Columbia after a four-year-old Vancouver girl believed to have been with her mother was found safe.
Police were concerned for the safety of Delilah Felton, whose mother, 46-year-old Angela Hanley, allegedly took her from her guardian’s home Thursday afternoon in Vancouver.
Police say the child was found safe and sound in nearby Surrey at about noon today.
