Host Sweden uses late goal to down Canada 4-3 un under-18 hockey semifinals
ORNSKOLDSVIK, Sweden — Albin Grewe scored the winning goal late in the third period as host Sweden edged Canada 4-3 in semifinal action Saturday at the world under-18 hockey championship.
Sweden will face Russia for gold on Sunday, while Canada will face the United States for bronze.
Alexander Holtz scored twice for Sweden, while Philip Broberg had the other goal. Karl Henriksson added three assists.
Connor Zary had two goals and Alex Newhook also scored for Canada.
