Six different Clippers hit the scoresheet in win over Surrey
NANAIMO — The Clippers continue to wrack up goals with a 6-2 win over the Surrey Eagles.
In their past two games the Clippers have outscored their opponents 11-3 and the club has scored five goals or more in five of their last six contests.
Tanner Bruender opened the scoring 24 seconds into the first period against Surrey and Blakes Jones first BCHL tally put Nanaimo up by a pair.
Michael Fiedorczuk got the Eagles within a goal before before the end of the period but then Jack Rimmer and Indiana Grossbard upped Nanaimo’s advantage to 4-1 through 40 minutes.
