LADYSMITH — RCMP in Ladysmith are looking for witnesses to a two-vehicle collision on Tuesday which left multiple people injured.

Police say on July 2 the two vehicles collided at the intersection of Robert St. and Esplanade Ave. near the Transfer Beach turn in Ladysmith just before 3:30 p.m.

Once police arrived, their investigations determined a blue Dodge Grand Caravan was heading southbound on Esplanade while a white Pontiac Sunfire was heading northbound prior to the collision.

The Sunfire ended up hitting a traffic control pole at the intersection due to the impact with the Caravan.
