CP NewsAlert: Winnipeg man admits to killing 4 women, says not criminally responsible

WINNIPEG — Jeremy Skibicki has admitted in court that he killed four women in Winnipeg in 2022.

His lawyers are asking he be found not criminally responsible because of mental illness.
