Feb 23, 2022 | 10:35 AM

HOUSTON — Mounties have released a new video in an effort to track down the suspects responsible for last week’s (Feb. 17) acts of violence at a Coastal Gaslink (CGL) work camp near Houston, B.C.

Video footage obtained by investigators shows several people, some armed with axes, storming the property and attacking a company vehicle while an employee was inside the truck. Police say the CGL employees were not physically harmed.

“The investigation remains ongoing, with the site waiting for an environmental analysis to be conducted from the damaged heavy machinery. Access to the area remains controlled at this time to ensure the safety of analysts and investigators, and to preserve evidence at the scene,” says RCMP.

If you have any information about this or know who the individuals are, you are asked to contact the Houston RCMP at (250) 845-2204.
