Nanaimo Real Estate Market Report: January 2022
NANAIMO – New year brings slight inventory increase.
In January, 220 single-family detached properties sold, a 22 per cent decrease from one year ago.
The housing market on Vancouver Island continues to see historically low inventory and rising prices.
The average sale price for Nanaimo single-family homes reached a historic high at $1,003,705, a 16 per cent increase from the previous month and 32 per cent higher than January 2021.
