New campaign offers donation, exposure to Nanaimo non-profit organizations

NANAIMO — Do you know a deserving Nanaimo non-profit group that could use a boost?

NanaimoNewsNOW, in partnership with Nanaimo Mitsubishi and Nissan of Nanaimo, are looking to bolster the profile of amazing non-profits in the community through ‘Helping Wheels’.

Each month, a new non-profit organization will be selected. The winning group will receive a $1,000 cash donation, a video feature and profile on NanaimoNewsNOW and radio air time on 102.3 The Wave and 106.9 The Wolf.

Nominations of amazing non-profit groups can be made through NanaimoNewsNOW.

Selections will be made through a committee made up of Nanaimo Mitsubishi, Nissan of Nanaimo, Jim Pattison Broadcast Group and United Way.
