Clippers end road trip with 2-0 loss in Salmon Arm

SALMON ARM – The Clippers dropped a 2-0 decision to the Silverbacks to wrap up their Interior road trip.

A first period power play goal by Salmon Arm’s Daniel Rybarik and a tally 19 seconds into the third by Drew Bennett were the only goals in the game.

Zach Bennett was strong in the Nanaimo net with 43 saves on 45 shots.

The Clippers put 33 shots on Silverbacks starter Ethan Langenegger.
