Clippers alumni Rempal signs new contract with LA Kings
LOS ANGELES, CA – Nanaimo Clipper alumni Sheldon Rempal has signed his one year qualifying offer from the LA Kings.
The BCHL’s 2015-16 goal scoring leader made his NHL debut this past season, appearing in seven games for the Kings and playing 49 for the Ontario Reign of the AHL.
Rempal had 15 goals and 25 assists in the American League which earned him a spot in the All-Star game.
The Kings signed the Calgary native after two impressive seasons at Clarkson University that saw him score 69 points in 78 games.
