Clippers lose fourth meeting with Kings 2-1
NANAIMO — A fast paced low scoring game ended with the Powell River Kings beating the Clippers 2-1.
There was no scoring in the first period with the Clippers Jordan Naylor and Kings Hayden Missler both looking sharp.
Ryan Brushett had the only goal of the second period when he grabbed a loose puck and ripped it in up high on the stick side.
On an early third period power play Jayden Lee scored on a point shot to put Powell River up 2-0.
