$75K Club Grows at Parksville City Hall

A lot more people have joined the $75,000 a year club at Parksville City Hall.

Annual financial statements detailing municipal salaries and expenses show that 28 city of Parksville employees made over $75,000 last year. 

That compares to just 18 in 2014, which appears to be driven by several unionized employees getting raises.

Meantime, salaries for mayor and council combined totalled $120,000 last year, while expenses were just over $29,000.

Those numbers are comparable to the 2014 figures.
