Laurel Kidder, Deb Dawson-Dunn and myself began coaching when most people had no idea what personal coaching was.  Fast forward ten years  and everyone has a coach, wants a coach, knows a coach or is a coach.

Three of us ladies have formed a Mastermind group where we meet regularly to support, challenge and guide each other to grow our lives and businesses.

Today, live on the radio show, we push, pull and drag each other to new heights (okay, they are mostly pushing me) – waayy past uncomfortable to scary.  The challenge – to increase my productivity madly by only checking my emails twice (arggghhhh) a day.   Deb (www.getitdunn.ca) has a 100 day challenge that you may want to check out.  She says,”If you want to grow, challenge yourself to do something that feels a little bit uncomfortable.  You will naturally do whatever it takes to get comfortable again. When you reach that comfortable place, you’ll discover that you are more confident, more fulfilled and more joyful!

I am psyching myself up for this very uncomfortable challenge. I know I will thank her after, but first I know it’s going to hurt!

Laurel (www.laurelkidder.ca) who is a Steven Covey facilitator, suggests this tip for increased productivity:

“Protect your time by planning your week before it begins. Schedule your most important priorities first.  Knowing what you are committed to makes it easier to say no gracefully to other less important things.”  She also helps out a caller with some team building ideas.
