This week on CJOB radio I interviewed Susanne Cunningham and Laurie Tulk. They were strangers with something special in common. Both women (and not spring chickens I might add) had recently returned from the climb of their lives, Susanne from Mount Everest Base Camp and Laurie from Mount Kilimanjaro.

Listen to the June 22, 2012 podcast here.

I love how they moved from idea, to planning, to training, to doing, to processing. There is a lesson for us all here, whether we want to climb a mountain (literally or figuratively) or not.

Enjoy!
