Nanaimo RCMP release picture of man using stolen credit card

Aug 24, 2016 | 8:22 PM

NANAIMO — Police are hoping the release of a surveillance picture will help them track down a man suspected of breaking into a car.

Nanaimo RCMP say a woman reported her Honda Civic was broken into while parked in the Skinner Street parkade on August 13.

Among the items stolen was a black wallet, which contained the woman’s credit card.

Police say the card was used shortly after the theft at the Terminal Avenue 7-Eleven and the surveillance picture above is the man that used the stolen card.
