Karen Anne Reid, November 12, 1956 – February 9, 2026

Karen Anne Reid escaped February 9th to join her Mother and Father who she missed terribly and to dance and laugh with family and friends that passed before her. Karen loved to be around friends , work the Gardens, dance to the music of life with a smile and to always try something new. She was a wonderful and caring daughter, Sister and Aunt. She spent her last two and a half years in a care facility due to early on set Alzhiemers. Eden Gardens care home is where she became a valuable resident keeping very busy and engaged with staff and fellow residents right up until the disease progressed too far. She was incredibly well cared for by the real life angels at Eden Gardens and we are forever grateful. Karen leaves behind Brother Clay, Sister inlaw Deborah Reid and their Children Ben and Carleigh. Brother Greg, Sister inlaw Ana and their children Kieran, Adam and Ava. A special thank you to her close Friend Val Farquharson Stoochnoff and Hannah for staying with her through it all. A celebration of life will be planned at a later date.
