Nanaimo RCMP is turning to the public for help in their search for a violent offender.

A warrant was recently put out for Brian Thomas, 34, after he allegedly assaulted a female and threatened to cause her bodily harm. This isn’t the only warrant for Thomas, he’s also wanted for breaching his probation.

Thomas is described by RCMP as Indigenous, 5’11”, 240 lbs. with brown hair and brown eyes.

He has a scar on his abdomen and two tattoos on his right arm, one spelling “Jillian” and another spelling “Feather.”

If anyone has information about where Thomas is or was they’re urged to call Nanaimo RCMP or Crimestoppers.
