Fit Tip:  Shake it up!  If you get bored easily, variety could be the key to keeping exercise a part of your life over the long haul. Try different classes, different instructors, different pieces of cardio equipment – have you tried Jacob’s ladder yet? It’s pretty cool!

Try different intensities  – lifting heavier weights with less reps or lighter weights with more reps. Try the same exercise with different equipment – there may be 50 ways to leave your lover but there are almost as many ways to do a push up: against the wall, on your knees, as a bench press, on a ball, etc.etc.

Variety, it’s just one more way to live Your Life, Unlimited!

Speaking of variety –  we had a fun time on this week’s show talking with some cool folks who like to have fun!

Along with her son Cormac, Nicole Foster (@FosterNiki911) was a recent contestant on the Amazing Race Canada. Although they did not win the grand prize, there is no doubt that they were winners and on today’s radio show, she takes us backstage to do a little reveal!

And…

Matt Weinstein does not call himself the CEO, founder or president of Playfair.com he calls himself the Emperor!  Why? Because it’s more fun, that’s why. Matt’s mission is to help people have more fun at work and he is pretty darn good at his job! He is the co-author of Dogs Don’t Bit When a Growl Will Do-What your dog can teach you about living a happy life – a it’s fun and uplifting read, especially if you are a dog lover, with great pararels to life.
Today he gave us not only some lessons learned from dogs but also some tips and some stories of what other businesses have done to bring more life back into their workplaces. You can listen to the whole show here.
