Clippers drop 4-2 game in Cowichan Valley
DUNCAN – The Clippers five game winning streak against the Capitals came to an end Friday with a 4-2 loss at the Island Savings Centre.
The first period was scoreless thanks to the goaltending of Landon Pavlisin.
Nanaimo was outshot 13-3 but Pavlisin stood tall, especially on a pair of Capitals power plays.
Cowichan Valley opened the scoring on a second period man advantage with a rebound goal by Jordan Robert.
