Kona the Husky mix living the good life

NANAIMO — Kona is an 11-month-old male Husky Akita mix ready for his next adventure.

Kona spent the first part of his young life outdoors on a line, and is happy learning about the comforts of indoor life, like a warm soft bed.

Kona would do best in a calm, adult-only home as he continues his training and learns about the world around him.

You can submit an application online and book an appointment if it’s a match, or stop by their Nanaimo location Tuesday-Sunday from noon until 4 p.m.
