City Hall Faces Flag Flap

PORT ALBERNI – City Hall is under fire for failing to lower flags to half-mast on Remembrance Day.

City staff posted an apology late yesterday, admitting to what they called an oversight.

The online post offered apologies to anyone affected by the administrative error and says steps are being taken to ensure such lapses don’t happen again.
