Lowry scores twice as Winnipeg Jets down Vancouver Canucks 4-0
VANCOUVER — Two goals from Adam Lowry powered the Winnipeg Jets to a 4-0 victory over the Vancouver Canucks on Monday.
Jets goalie Connor Hellebuyck stopped all 22 shots he faced to collect his first shutout of the season.
Blake Wheeler opened the scoring for Winnipeg (19-11-2) midway through the first period and Paul Stastny closed the game with a goal late in the third.
Thatcher Demko stopped 24-of-29 shots for the Canucks (16-17-3).
