Nanaimo RCMP looking to identify a man linked to ongoing investigation

NANAIMO — Local mounties are hoping the public can find the missing pieces to an investigative puzzle.

RCMP said they’re looking for a man related to an ongoing investigation stemming from an incident on Saturday, April 18 at around 1:00 p.m. in central Nanaimo.

Details on the man or the incident are minimal, however Nanaimo RCMP said the man they’re looking for was driving a small green car with white in the wheel wells and on the back of the vehicle.

He’s described as caucasian, around 18 to 20-years-old with a muscular build, buzz cut, large beard, along with tattoos on his neck and arms.

Police said they are not at liberty to speak to the allegations of the incident.
