I loved her thought that you don’t have to be the only one to take action, who else can you bring onto you team that can share the actioning with you?

Other ideas we talked about where the overconfidence bias (make space for other’s ideas and insights) and the confirmation bias (who’s going to poke holes in your idea, play the devil’s advocate and challenge the idea).

Dr. Rachel Holden aka Rachel Sommer, the world funniest optometrist also joined us and she shared how taking one big risk, even though it scared the beegeebees out of her, changed her life. It’s a great and inspiring story, you can listen to the whole show here….
