Friends of Morden Mine Society are hosting a free family event at Morden Colliery Historic Provincial Park on Sunday, December 2nd at 5 pm. The main event is the lightshow that will illuminate the remains of the coal tipple–the first time the lights have been on since 1930! The event also features a slideshow of historic photographs, a kids tent and food.  Everyone is welcome. Be aware that parking is limited so we encourage carpooling.
