Clippers end Chiefs nine game winning streak with massive 2-1 road win

CHILLIWACK – The Clippers played one of their most complete games of the season in defeating the Chiefs 2-1 on Saturday.

In the process they ended Chilliwack's nine game winning streak.

The first period was fast paced with the Clippers outshooting the Chiefs 14-9.

Clippers fall 5-3 to Centennials in hard fought battle

NANAIMO – The Clippers battled, they clawed and scratched, but couldn't get a result against the Merritt Centennials on Saturday.

Merritt won the game 5-3 in front of large crowd of 1678 at Frank Crane Arena.

Clippers outlast Bulldogs 6-5

PORT ALBERNI – The Clippers won a wild game 6-5 over the Bulldogs on Friday.

Nanaimo got off to a good start with an early goal by Sammy Steele, but the Bulldogs replied with a Ryan Miotto tally within the first five minutes.

Zack Dallazanna and the Clippers went down 5-2 to the Bulldogs on Wednesday.  His late fight against Ethan McLaughlin and a pair of goals by Marcus Mitchell were some of the bright spots for the team

Early goals sink Clippers in 5-2 loss to the Bulldogs

NANAIMO -- The Clippers slow start cost them in a 5-2 loss to the Bulldogs on Wednesday night.

Alberni Valley scored 19 seconds into the game on a goal by Mitch Deelstra, and Jackson Doucet made it 2-0 just over a minute into the contest.
