SD69 schools open Wednesday

PARKSVILLE — It won’t be a third straight snow day for students in the Qualicum District. SD69 says schools are open and buses running, with the exception of Lasqueti Island, on Feb. 13. People are urged to use caution on school grounds due to possible ice.
